What if an item does not fit?
We understand that clothing purchased online may not be perfect for your shape and size, so we have a no risk option: you may return your order within 5 days from the date your order was received, for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Goods must be in their original condition (i.e. unworn, unwashed, and undamaged), in their original packaging (wherever possible) and with all accessories and tags intact.
Postage costs for returning items will be at your own expense.
Goods are not able to be returned or refunded due to change of mind.
In the case of exchanges, we can only offer you kakahu of equal value and what we have in stock. If we’re unable to offer you an exchange, we will refund you the cost of your purchase.
Please note we’re unable to refund you the shipping costs.
All items must be returned clean, with no makeup, deodorant or perfume stains, unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached. We do reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these requirements. .
Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of arriving back to our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed back via your original payment method and store credit will be issued as a gift card valid for 12 months. Exchanges can be made for size and colour only, and are subject to availability at the time of processing.

We ensure very high standards of quality control. However, if you have received an item that you believe to be faulty, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order. Please attach images and a brief description of the fault observed in your email so we can work to find a resolution for you. We reserve the right to repair, or replace an item we deem to be faulty as a first resort.
Please be aware that as these garments are made of natural fibres, a degree of natural variation in the fabric is to be expected.
Please note that items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered as faulty. All faulty items will be assessed upon return, so must be sent back clean.
To return your item:
1) Email us at email@example.com
2) Provide the following details:
- Invoice / Order Number
- The item you wish to return
- Why you wish to return it
- And finally, please let us know if you would like an exchange, refund or store credit.
3) We will then reply to your email and will provide an address for you to return your goods to.
The product MUST be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags still attached. The order invoice must also be included in the package.
Any items returned that have been used, worn or damaged will not be accepted.
