The Oko Collection is a series of three vessels shaped through slow, thoughtful, and intentional creative practice- the culmination of several years of pursuing and growing our understanding of ceramics and glazing and slow, persistent practice. Each piece is made by hand by us in Taranaki, Aotearoa. Each of the designs our own and the glazes formulated inhouse.

Each bowl balances form and function, designed not only to serve daily life but to uphold the deeper values that guide our work: care, connection, whakapapa, and honouring te taiao.

The three designs honour the rhythms of te taiao, our natural environment.

Ururangi, the bowl of the winds, draws on the shifting sky and subtle atmospheric changes that signal movement. It embodies flow, clarity, and the gentle guidance that helps us recognise the right moment for action- to plant, to harvest, or rest.

Te Makuru, the bowl of abundance, reflects the richness of the whenua when life is flourishing. It carries the sense of fullness, generosity, and cyclic prosperity — a reminder of the reciprocal relationship we hold as kaitiaki.

Ngā Tipu, the bowl of new growth, holds the tender energy of beginnings. Inspired by the unfurling pikopiko, it symbolises potential, creativity, and the quiet determination of emerging ideas and relationships.

Together, these oko are vessels of everyday ritual — pieces that gather, nourish, and hold. They embody care, attentiveness, and the quiet beauty found in daily use. The Oko Collection is an invitation to slow down, connect, and honour the stories, kai, and moments we place within them.

Bowls measure approximately 13cm x 3cm and are a generous dipping bowl, or perfect for snacks, cake or late night treats. They're also beautiful for holding taonga, jewellery and other treasures.

These oko are only available to purchase as a collection and not sold seperately. They are available in two colour palettes,
